About Tyler Loyd

As a Tampa native, I have always felt that it's a wonderful place to live, work and call home. It has all the amenities of a big city while retaining a hometown feel. Real estate is my family’s business, Florida Executive Realty was founded by my father in 1991 and has grown to be among the largest independent brokerages in the country. After graduating from USF with a degree in economics, I joined the family business. I ventured to be an ambassador for the city and homeownership while continuing my studies, focusing on the local real estate market. I enjoy sharing my insights about the real estate market with my clients, allowing them to make the most informed decisions possible. With 10+ years in the business, I have refined my craft with the extensive transactional experience needed to represent my clients with the highest level of service and expertise. My focus as an agent and in a leadership role of the brokerage is putting clients first and delivering value beyond our fee.
