I have already recommended Florida Executive Realty to a friend since buying my home this past December! Tyler Loyd, my agent from Florida Executive Realty, did a phenomenal job in not just getting me my home but guiding me through the process. When starting out, I gave a Tyler a very broad spectrum as to what I was looking to buy. Through his patience and expertize we were quickly able to narrow down my search results into what would fit my needs for my first single family home. Not once did I go to a showing, speak to a seller or visit a model home without Tyler by my side. He knew the questions to ask and what to look for in order to protect my investment and always had my best interest in mind the entire way. I have had multiple friends tell me when they purchased homes in the past they would go to showings without their agent. They would speak to sellers at new construction sites alone and visit models without their agent. I never spoke to anyone or walked through a home or model without Tyler. He was there every step of the way, asking questions (important questions at that) I would have never thought to have asked! In doing so, he protected my money and made sure it did not go into a home I would not be completely satisfied with. Tyler took a lot of pressure off my shoulders and beared the responsibility of making sure my money was going into a home that was right for me. He never pressured me into looking at anything I did not want to look at or did not feel comfortable looking at. Anytime I had a question he either knew the answer immediately or worked tirelessly to find it and bring it to me. In real estate, I can see how it would be easy for an agent to do the bare minimum and still get paid. At the end of the day the buyer (me) is most likely going buy something at some point and the representing agent will take their cut. Tyler went above and beyond to ensure that I did not "just buy something." I work midnights and getting up early to look at houses was difficult for me. Tyler adjusted HIS schedule for ME. Most of our showings were in the crunch time of the late afternoon and early evenings. He didn't stop working at five o'clock. If I liked a home we walked through, he would draft a contract in the late hours of the night to give me the most competitive advantage in purchasing that home. To say the least, it would be difficult for me trust another agent to represent me in buying or selling a home in the future!
